A Joy of Sound Inclusive Participatory Community Music Session for People of All Ages and Ability
with JOS Facilitators, Volunteers, Participants, Care and Support networks and Guests.

This workshop will explore improvisation towards self expression and shared communication - inner and outer - with self and other/s - through movement and gesture and in relation to the production of sound and music through active participation in a Joy of Sound Inclusive Community Music Session working with participants of all ability.

Arrivals and Greetings 9.30am (please arrive promptly)
Warm-Up 9.45am to 10.00am
10.00am to 11.00am Embodied Movement
11.00am to 11.15am Rest Break
11.15am to 11.30am Set up for JOS session
11.30am to 12.30pm JOS Inclusive Participatory Community Music Session
12.30pm to 01.30pm post session debrief and feedback
1.30pm Departures

Participants debriefing and feedback happens in situ immediately after the session
Participants are requested to attend the full session including debrief which is seen as an essential part of creative process (if this is not possible please inform the organisers before attending) JOS workshops are uniquely open to all-comers unless otherwise stated
